Basic Licence: Counter information and event notification
The Basic Licence offers the monitoring of all networked or local printers, copiers and multifunctionals within a LAN. All device information including counter readings and status changes are collected in real-time. Event notifications (e.g. malfunction, low toner) can be sent by e-mail to the IT administrator or designated service provider, to ensure immediate remedy.

Accounting Licence: Account management and analysis
The Accounting Licence extends KYOcount’s functionality with comprehensive accounting functionality. It supports KYOCERA devices with internal accounting functionality.

Manager Licence: Remote fleet monitoring
The KYOcount Manager Licence enables to collect fleet information from different locations. For instance, a multi-national enterprise can automatically obtain all fleet data from all locations, ensuring an instant overview of the entire fleet.

Connect Licence: Connecting a Basic licence to a Manager Licence
